Work order on site

  • The technician fills in the work order on site: complaint, diagnosis and work performed, while the timer records the time on site.
  • Dictation is possible: the technician dictates the work order and WorkPilot fills in the fields; no access to the mic? Upload a voice recording.
  • Photos, materials used and the status (completed, waiting for materials, revisit) are included right away.
  • The customer signs on site on the device; the signature stays attached to the work order as proof.
  • Everything also works offline and synchronises as soon as the connection is back.
