Work order on site
- The technician fills in the work order on site: complaint, diagnosis and work performed, while the timer records the time on site.
- Dictation is possible: the technician dictates the work order and WorkPilot fills in the fields; no access to the mic? Upload a voice recording.
- Photos, materials used and the status (completed, waiting for materials, revisit) are included right away.
- The customer signs on site on the device; the signature stays attached to the work order as proof.
- Everything also works offline and synchronises as soon as the connection is back.
