Indicatieve winstgevendheid per bedrijf en per technieker

Admins zien nu een volledig rentabiliteitsoverzicht: een maandelijks dashboard met 12 maanden omzet, kosten en marge (YTD, beste/laagste maand), plus een per-technieker weergave van gelogde uren, arbeidskosten en arbeidsomzet. Alle cijfers zijn indicatief op basis van uurkostprofielen en materiaallijnen — geen officieel boekhoudrapport. Cijfers zijn admin-only en nooit zichtbaar voor field-gebruikers.

Documentondertekening volledig live: versturen, ondertekenen, exporteren

Het volledige documenttraject is nu operationeel: admins maken een document aan via een template met {{variabelen}}, sturen het via een beveiligde portallink naar de klant (optioneel per e-mail), en de klant leest, scrolt en ondertekent elektronisch met naam. Ondertekeningsstatus, tijdstip en IP worden geregistreerd. Admin-PDF-export beschikbaar via de documentdetailpagina.

Klantmails voor offertes, facturen en reviews

Admins en operatoren kunnen nu rechtstreeks vanuit de offerte- en factuurdetailpagina een e-mail sturen naar de klant met een beveiligde portallink. Review-aanvragen kunnen ook per e-mail verstuurd worden na afronding. Alle verzendpogingen worden gelogd (email_log) met status, provider-ID en eventuele foutmelding.

WorkPilot heeft nu de basis voor materiaalregistratie per job, een intern artikelcatalogus en indicatieve jobmarge — zonder boekhoudsoftware of payroll te worden. Veldtechnici kunnen registreren wát gebruikt is; admins kunnen indicatieve kost vs. verkoopprijs bijhouden. Alle kostdata blijft admin-only en nooit publiek.

Billit sandbox-koppeling gevalideerd + conceptfactuur-flow klaar

De volledige Billit sandbox OAuth-flow (verbinden, token-uitwisseling, vernieuwen, testverbinding, loskoppelen) werkt end-to-end. WorkPilot kan nu vanuit een afgeronde job een Billit-concept aanmaken (POST /v1/parties → POST /v1/orders Draft → GET status) — zonder automatisch te verzenden. Productiecredentials zijn aangevraagd bij Billit.

Uitvoeringscontroles: timer en werkopdracht geblokkeerd bij echte conflicten

WorkPilot controleert nu bij het starten van een timer of werk registreren of de technieker werkelijk beschikbaar is — niet alleen bij de planning. Blokkades bij: niet toegewezen aan de job, goedgekeurde afwezigheid of ziekte, ontbrekend/verlopen certificaat, job staat gepland voor een toekomstige datum zonder vroegstarttoestemming, of jobstatus staat uitvoering niet toe.

Certificaatmeldingen duidelijker + technische parseerfouten opgelost

Veldtechnici zien nu begrijpelijke meldingen wanneer een certificaat ontbreekt of vervallen is, met een directe actieknop om een vernieuwd certificaat te uploaden. Ruwe databasefouten zijn vervangen door heldere Nederlandstalige berichten.

Digital document signing via customer portal

Documents can now be sent to customers via a secure portal link. Customers read the full document, scroll to the bottom, type their name as a digital signature, and submit. Signed status, timestamp, and signer name are recorded.

Automated aftercare emails 7 days after job completion
