Na het afsluiten van een afgeronde werkbon laat de technieker de klant rechtstreeks op zijn toestel tekenen. De handtekening wordt als bewijs aan de werkbon gekoppeld en pas bewaard zodra de werkbon zelf is opgeslagen.

Wanneer een technieker zijn timer stopt, vraagt de app of de job klaar is of verdergezet wordt. Dit voorkomt dat jobs dagenlang "bezig" blijven staan zonder dat de werkbon wordt ingediend.

Maurice: stocktekortdetectie + betrouwbaarheidsmodel

Maurice detecteert nu automatisch stocktekortrisico per artikel op basis van het huidige voorraadniveau, recente verbruiksfrequentie en minimale drempelwaarden. Een betrouwbaarheidsmodel markeert voorraadaantallen als onzeker wanneer er lang geen telling is geweest of wanneer recentelijk handmatige correcties zijn gemaakt, zodat je weet op welke cijfers je kan vertrouwen.

WorkPilot detecteert automatisch de verpakkingseenheid van artikelen (m, m², liter, stuks). Bij onbekende verpakkingen wordt een gerichte spot-check aangevraagd via het attentiepanel. Duplicaatdetectie bij het uploaden van leveranciersdocumenten voorkomt dubbele verwerking.

Admins zien nu een volledig rentabiliteitsoverzicht: een maandelijks dashboard met 12 maanden omzet, kosten en marge (YTD, beste/laagste maand), plus een per-technieker weergave van gelogde uren, arbeidskosten en arbeidsomzet. Alle cijfers zijn indicatief op basis van uurkostprofielen en materiaallijnen, geen officieel boekhoudrapport. Cijfers zijn admin-only en nooit zichtbaar voor field-gebruikers.

Documentondertekening volledig live: versturen, ondertekenen, exporteren

Het volledige documenttraject is nu operationeel: admins maken een document aan via een template met {{variabelen}}, sturen het via een beveiligde portallink naar de klant (optioneel per e-mail), en de klant leest, scrolt en ondertekent elektronisch met naam. Ondertekeningsstatus, tijdstip en IP worden geregistreerd. Admin-PDF-export beschikbaar via de documentdetailpagina.

Klantmails voor offertes, facturen en reviews

Admins en operatoren kunnen nu rechtstreeks vanuit de offerte- en factuurdetailpagina een e-mail sturen naar de klant met een beveiligde portallink. Review-aanvragen kunnen ook per e-mail verstuurd worden na afronding. Alle verzendpogingen worden gelogd (email_log) met status, provider-ID en eventuele foutmelding.

WorkPilot controleert nu bij het starten van een timer of werk registreren of de technieker werkelijk beschikbaar is, niet alleen bij de planning. Blokkades bij: niet toegewezen aan de job, goedgekeurde afwezigheid of ziekte, ontbrekend/verlopen certificaat, job staat gepland voor een toekomstige datum zonder vroegstarttoestemming, of jobstatus staat uitvoering niet toe.
