Frequently asked questions
Which features do I get in Starter that I don't get in Team?
None. All plans contain exactly the same features. The only difference is the number of users (5 / 15 / 30) and thus the price. No feature gating.
How does the yearly discount work?
With yearly upfront payment you get 5% off. For example: Growth €249/month becomes €237/month with yearly payment — that's €149 savings per year.
Does the 12-month minimum apply with monthly billing too?
Yes. Whether you pay monthly or yearly, you commit to a minimum of 12 months. Monthly billing spreads the cost, but the commitment stays the same.
What if I want to cancel after 6 months?
During the first 12 months a minimum contract applies. Early termination costs 50% of the remaining contract value. Example: Growth after 6 months = 50% of 6×€249 = €747 termination fee. No further obligations after that.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrading is always possible, immediately. Downgrading only at the end of the contract period (12 months) or at renewal.
What counts as a user?
Every person with their own login — admin, office, field worker or viewer. Customers using the portal don't count: they don't have a login.
What is included in the €149 onboarding?
Full setup, configuration, customer list import, integration connection where available, training for your team. Most companies go live within 1 business day after the setup call.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You register, no credit card needed. 14 days of full access to WorkPilot. On day 11 we send a reminder. On day 14 you must either choose a plan or your account is deactivated. Your data is kept for 30 days so you can still activate.
Is VAT applicable?
Yes. All prices excl. 21% Belgian VAT. For B2B customers with a valid VAT number in other EU countries we apply reverse charge (no VAT on invoice).
