Profitability
- Margin per month, per job, per customer and per technician: calculated from logged hours (x cost profile), materials and the invoiced or quoted amount.
- Customer revenue follows a fixed source order: invoice excl. VAT, otherwise quote, and only as a last resort an estimate on hourly rate that is reported explicitly.
- WorkPilot warns you itself about missing data: jobs without an invoice or quote and technicians without a cost profile, with direct links to fill this in.
- Quick filters highlight loss-making jobs, low margin, missing price and missing cost. All figures are indicative, not an accounting report.
