Maintenance reminders
- Per customer or device, you set up a recurring reminder, with an interval of 1 to 24 months.
- WorkPilot schedules the next due date automatically and rolls it forward after each send.
- The reminder goes out via the channel you choose: email to the customer, internal, or via WhatsApp.
- A daily check looks at what is due, so recurring maintenance becomes recurring revenue.
