  • The customer opens a unique link in the browser: no app, no account. Every link is unique and time-limited.
  • The job status is tracked live in three steps (Scheduled, In progress, Completed) and refreshes automatically.
  • As soon as the technician reports they are on the way, a 'Technician on the way' badge appears with the time.
  • The customer signs linked documents in the portal by typing their name; name, email and IP are kept as proof.
