Equipment with TCO
- Per company asset you track brand, model, serial number, purchase date and purchase price, plus an internal hourly cost and a selling hourly rate.
- The TCO calculation spreads depreciation, insurance, maintenance and energy across the estimated usage hours and shows the real hourly cost, with a suggestion at 1.5x margin.
- Maintenance is planned by interval: you record the last date and the system calculates the next due date, which turns red as soon as it has passed.
- The usage history links every logged use to the job and the recorded hours.

Warranty tracking
Warranty dates are tracked per piece of equipment. Maurice warns about jobs that fall outside warranty or where the warranty is about to expire.
Link with work orders
The work order refers to the specific equipment. Diagnosis, parts and work performed are always linked to the correct equipment in the system.
